Instructions:
The calculation of the number of rolls varies according to the wallpaper chosen and its type of seam (straight or skipped), i.e. where the patterns overlap from one strip to the next.
Straight seam wallpaper is generally wallpaper where the patterns must be laid at the same height. If the straight seam is not respected, the patterns will be abnormally offset. A straight seam of 50 cm, for example, means that there are 50 cm between the patterns to be joined on two strips.
Example / Calculation with straight seam
For a wall measuring 6 m in length and 2.5 m in height, using rolls of wallpaper with 50 cm straight joints and a roll width of 50 cm :
1) Calculate the number of strips: 6 ÷ 0.5 = 12, so you will need 12 strips.
2) Calculate the length of wallpaper required: 12 strips x 2.5 m high = 30 m.
3) Allow + 10% for the cuts: 30 + (30 x 0.1) = 33 m.
4) Calculate the number of rolls: 33 ÷ 10 = 3.3. You will need 4 rolls.
Rolls are made to order to ensure continuity of colour and pattern. We assign a bath number to each production batch to avoid discrepancies. Even slight variations between two printing runs can be seen once the wallpaper has been hung on the wall. We recommend that you always allow for 10% more than the calculated requirement, depending on the pattern match.

Delivery by appointment
For a furniture order, the latter most often goes through specialized transport solutions. In this case, To ensure that the delivery of your order goes as smoothly as possible, please ensure that you respect the following procedure:
• The customer must be present at reception, never ask the driver to unload the items into his warehouse himself without his presence
• Each package must be inspected one by one
• If a single package is damaged, the customer or the person receiving it must MUST TAKE A PHOTO OF IT AND REFUSE DELIVERY BY CLEARLY NOTING ON THE BL ALL INFORMATION RELATING TO THIS REFUSAL (parcel reference, details of the problem and all useful information). The words “damaged package” or “damaged package” have no meaning for the carrier. If applicable, please note "damaged furniture", "unsaleable furniture" or "unusable furniture"
• Send us immediately by email the photos of the damaged boxes as well as your comments on the BL to the address support@babykare.eu
By following this simple procedure, damaged packages will be taken care of and replaced by the carrier's insurance, which will assume the replacement costs (parts and transport).
Failing the application of this procedure, all accepted packages will become the property of the customer who received the order, and the replacement and transport costs will be their responsibility. They will not be covered by Babykare.
The warranty does not cover transport damage.
Return and refund: you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your package to return your package to us (legal deadline). Reimbursement will only be made if the product is intact and shows no trace of mishandling.
The return must be made in its original box for it to be taken into account. We therefore ask you to keep the box upon receipt during this period to avoid potential refusals of returns.
