Delivery
Shipping times are those shown on each of the product pages. Most of our products are shipped within 48 hours. Then the carrier takes charge of the package to deliver it either directly to you or to a relay point, depending on the choice you have made.
They are determined according to the value of your order
• For an order of less than €60 : €5.99 at Mondial Relay relay point or €7.99 at home by Colissimo
• For an order between €60 and €80: delivery to a Mondial Relay relay point is free, at home it is charged €7.99
• For an order over €80: delivery is free to a relay point or to your home
Yes, we ship to all European countries for €10.00 and to the French Overseas Territories/TOM for a rate of €13.00.
Return and refund
You have 14 days following receipt of your package to send us a return request. If this deadline is respected, we will come back to you with a prepaid label so that we can return your items. For any requests, please send us an email to support@babykare.fr.
Once your package is returned, our quality team checks the products. Then, we issue a refund within 72 hours via the same payment method as that used when ordering.
