Delivery time :

The total delivery time (shipping and transport) is specified on each of our product sheets.

The delivery time takes into account the following elements:

• Shipping = order preparation time
• Transport = order delivery time

• Standard home delivery: €4.50 incl. VAT
• Express home delivery: €9.00 incl. VAT

Certain products categorized as “essential” or mentioning “free shipping” are exempt from delivery charges.

Delivery by appointment

The warranty does not cover transport damage.

Return and refund: you have 14 days from the day after receipt of your package to return your package to us (legal deadline). Reimbursement will only be made if the product is intact and shows no trace of mishandling.

The return must be made in its original box for it to be taken into account. We therefore ask you to keep the box upon receipt during this period to avoid potential refusals of returns.

The characteristics of the Babykare E-gift card :

- Valid for 1 year, usable once or several times.

- Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-transferable

The amount of the Babykare digital gift card can be used all at once or divided into several orders . Digital gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. If the amount of your order exceeds the amount of the gift card, you can complete the payment yourself.

Any refunds on items purchased with a Babykare digital gift card will be automatically credited to the same digital gift card.
